Shipping policy

We currently ship to 16 European countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Italy, the Netherlands, Sweden, Spain, Portugal, Sweden and Poland.

Delivery within Bulgaria takes approximately 3–5 business days and costs between €5 and €8.

International delivery takes approximately 5–8 business days and costs between €15 and €26, depending on the destination. The exact shipping cost is shown at checkout.

We deliver within the period stated at checkout or, if no period is stated, within 30 days of the contract being concluded, unless otherwise agreed.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weekends, public holidays or carrier delays.
